Abstract

The article discusses the relationship between ecology and ideology taking examples calendary and dietary rules. Adaption of society to environment implies the incorporation of elements nature into the sistem of representations. Both items take in account examples from several Regarding* calendary the author departs from analyses originally discussed by Evans-Pritchard. dietary rules the discussion departs from analyses of Tambiah.
